Full-Priced Items*

  • Full price items purchased with a promotional code are still eligible for a refund.
  • Must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
  • Must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Important Notes

  • Merchandise purchased from stockists (e.g., Myer, David Jones, The Iconic) must be returned to the stockist.

 
For your item to be eligible for a return, please follow the below:
  1. Items must be unworn, in original condition and include the original box and packaging.
  2. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery date. For International returns, the item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  3. All returns require postage payment through Auspost.
  4. If your item is not eligible for refund, you will be responsible for return shipping at your own expense.
