Free shipping on orders over $200AUD.

A standard shipping fee of $9.95 applies to orders $199.99 and under. The shipping fee is non-refundable.

Please allow 1-7 business days for delivery (except for WA, please allow 5-7 days for delivery). For your protection all parcels within Australia are sent via Australia Post. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left advising that your parcel will be delivered to the closest Post Office for your collection.

Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch or deliver orders on Victorian public holidays, which may result in delays.

Please note that we will be unable to change address or product during busy sale periods. Please note that this service timeframe may not be available during busy sales periods.

Nude Footwear cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged as a result of specific instructions left for the courier.

A signature may be required on receipt of parcel.



For NZ online orders a flat rate of $20.00 AUD applies for any amount of items. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery to NZ.



A flat rate of $30.00 AUD applies to the following countries. All international orders are sent via Australia Post - Standard from Melbourne, Australia. We suggest to check the Australia Post website for estimated delivery times to your country.

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country / or the country you're shipping to. 

You will be responsible for additional charges that incur for customs clearance; Nude Footwear has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary from country to country; Nude Footwear recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.



Nude Footwear will not authorise any returns without the Nude Footwear Customer Care team being contacted first hand via email. Unauthorised returns will be sent back to the customer who will be charged the return shipping fee.

Once approved by email, you will be provided with the return address to send your item(s) back to our Online Head Office. Customer enquiries to Nude Footwear Customer Care will be responded to within 3 business days. 

For your item to be eligible for a return, please follow the below:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase
  2. For international returns, the item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  3. Goods must be unworn, with the box and all packaging included.
  4. No refunds or exchanges are accepted on sale items unless the goods are deemed faulty by our Customer Care team
  5. Please contact Customer Care if you believe your goods are faulty

We now offer free returns for New Arrivals product. If your product was purchased from the New Arrivals Category, you are now eligible for a free return. This must be submitted to the Nude Footwear Customer Care team and they will provide you a label to attach to your return satchel.

All other returns on sale items (unless deemed faulty) to Nude Footwear Head Office fall to the expense of the customer.

If you purchased product on sale, Nude Footwear encourages customers to return item(s) via registered or traceable postal services and to take note of the tracking number and have it scanned in at your local Post Office.

We understand that whilst shopping online, you can't try your item(s) on. We are happy to provide you with a Store Credit Note or Exchange for Sale Items that are $49 and over if you meet our returns policy.

We do not offer refunds on sale items for change of mind, wrong decision or incorrect size.

If your item(s) was bought at full-price and has been unworn, with the box and all packaging included, we offer refunds for wrong size or change of mind given that you return within the 14 day period. Items purchased with a discount code are classified as sale items, with the exception of the first-time subscription discount code.

Please note that items purchased that are $39 or under and final sale are not eligible for a return. Please choose carefully when purchasing items from this category as we cannot exchange, offer a credit or refund for wrong size or change of mind purchases.

  • Items that are eligible for return must be unworn, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged with original box and all packaging included
  • All returns (unless deemed faulty after product review) to Nude Footwear Head Office fall to the expense of the customer. Nude Footwear is not liable for the loss of product being returned. Nude Footwear encourages customers to return item(s) via registered or traceable postal services and to take note of the tracking number and have it scanned in at your local Post Office.
  • Items that are returned after 14 Business Days will not be accepted for Return, inclusive of orders sent to PO boxes, private bags, parcel lockers, locked bags and common boxes.
  • Nude Footwear will not authorise any returns without the Nude Footwear Customer Care team being contacted first hand via email. Unauthorised returns will be sent back to the customer who will be charged the return shipping fee.
  • Products returned to Nude Footwear endure a full quality control procedure and checklist before being approved for a refund, exchange or store credit note. Item(s) returned to our Head Office must be in their original condition.  Any products returned to us with marks or damage cannot be returned or exchanged.



We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem. Returns will be accepted for products purchased online if they are faulty or the products delivered do not match your Order. However, you will need to provide proof of purchase (which may include the invoice, credit card statement or other payment statement) at the time of making the return.

All online purchases claimed as faulty will need to be sent back to Nude Footwear or an official assessment by the Nude Footwear product development team. Customers will initially be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns of faulty product, however this amount will be refunded to your account once the product has been received. Please ensure you provide a delivery receipt with any charges to ensure your refund can be processed.



Once your goods have been received by Nude Footwear please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed back to your account.

Your receipt of your refund will depend on the period of time it takes your financial institution to finalise the refund.
