A standard shipping fee of $9.95 applies to orders $199.99 and under. The shipping fee is non-refundable.

Please allow 1-7 business days for delivery (except for WA, please allow 5-7 days for delivery). For your protection all parcels within Australia are sent via Australia Post. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left advising that your parcel will be delivered to the closest Post Office for your collection.

Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch or deliver orders on Victorian public holidays, which may result in delays.

Please note that we will be unable to change address or product during busy sale periods. Please note that this service timeframe may not be available during busy sales periods.

Nude Footwear cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged as a result of specific instructions left for the courier.

A signature may be required on receipt of parcel.



For NZ online orders a flat rate of $20.00 AUD applies for any amount of items. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery to NZ.



A flat rate of $30.00 AUD applies to the following countries. All international orders are sent via Australia Post - Standard from Melbourne, Australia. We suggest to check the Australia Post website for estimated delivery times to your country.

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country / or the country you're shipping to. 

You will be responsible for additional charges that incur for customs clearance; Nude Footwear has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary from country to country; Nude Footwear recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.



If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept exchange or return of unworn merchandise returned to our online store within 14 days of the order date. Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless items received are faulty or not as ordered.

If you would like to return goods for a full refund then please ensure:

  1. The product was bought at full price
  2. The product is not worn
  3. Retrieve your order number (you will find it on the Nude Footwear order confirmation email).
  4. The product must be returned in its original Nude Footwear box or packaging.
  5. The receipt received is returned with the goods returned.

Always keep a note of your tracking number when sending back to us so you can track when it's been received by us.

Please note: Items purchased from the sale category or with a flash sale coupon code (discounted price from the full sales price) are only eligible for an exchange or credit note only and not a refund.

 Any shoes purchased from the $39 and under sale category are final sale only and are not eligible for an exchange, credit note or refund as listed on the product page.



We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem. Returns will be accepted for products purchased online if they are faulty or the products delivered do not match your Order. However, you will need to provide proof of purchase (which may include the invoice, credit card statement or other payment statement) at the time of making the return.

All online purchases claimed as faulty will need to be sent back to Nude Footwear or an official assessment by the Nude Footwear product development team. Customers will initially be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns of faulty product, however this amount will be refunded to your account once the product has been received. Please ensure you provide a delivery receipt with any charges to ensure your refund can be processed.



Once your goods have been received by Nude Footwear please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed back to your account.

Your receipt of your refund will depend on the period of time it takes your financial institution to finalise the refund.
